Ms. Nikita Tiwadi is a Graduate in Commerce and holds an MBA in Finance from Vijay Rural Engineering College. She brings strong financial expertise, strategic thinking, and operational leadership to the Company.

With sound analytical capabilities and a structured approach to management, she plays a pivotal role in driving business growth, overseeing financial performance, and strengthening governance standards. She demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.

As Managing Director, she is responsible for overall business strategy, corporate planning, and execution of long-term growth initiatives.

Mr. Ashwini Kumar Pareek

Mr. Ashwini Kumar Pareek is a dynamic and results-driven professional with multidisciplinary expertise in Research & Business Analytics, SOP Development, Project Management, Data Analysis, Creative Media Production, and Generative AI Solutions.

He brings strategic oversight and structured execution capabilities to the Board. With a strong foundation in analytical thinking and operational planning, he contributes significantly to policy formulation, long-term strategic direction, and performance monitoring of the Company.

As Chairperson, he provides leadership to the Board and ensures effective corporate governance practices.

Mr. Nakul Maheshwari

Chief Executive Officer

Nakul Maheshwari leads Clio's execution across technology programs, client engagements and delivery operations. With experience in software development, cybersecurity and project management, he brings a hands-on understanding of how digital systems need to be planned, built and delivered.

As CEO, he focuses on practical outcomes, delivery coordination and consistent value across client projects, helping teams move from requirement discussions to working technology with better structure and accountability.
